The Certificate 3 Guarantee program is a Queensland Government initiative which provides a government subsidy to support eligible individuals to complete their first post school Certificate III qualification.
HANMAC has been approved to offer the following qualifications under the Certificate 3 Guarantee program:
To be eligible for the Certificate 3 Guarantee a participant must:
HANMACs courses are offered through face to face training, external study and flexible training methods. Face to face training is conducted at HANMACs offices located in Kirwan, Townsville. External studies may include minimal class time.
Face to face, external and flexible students will be required to complete the prescribed vocational / work placement element of their course.
HANMAC provides email and phone support to all enrolled students. Face to face support meetings can be arranged through HANMACs office. Face to face support meetings are conducted at our Kirwan office.
Under the Certificate 3 Guarantee program, the Queensland Government requires the student to pay a student contribution fee as part of their enrollment. For further information on HANMACs fees and charges please visit the fees section of the website or contact HANMAC by phone or email.
Under the Certificate 3 Guarantee program there is a stipulation which allows for an exemption on student contribution fees for students who successfully completed year 12 in the previous calendar year (2015) and are enrolling into a high priority qualification. To be eligible for this exemption the student must be enrolling in a high priority qualification and must provide evidence of successful completion of year 12 in the last calendar year (2015) at time of enrollment.
